We have established technical leads for each of the areas in which we work. These experts will be the first point of contact for clients that do not know who they wish to talk to, will ensure the appropriate personnel are assigned to a project, and will be able to provide status updates on all files in their area of responsibility. Of course, clients always have the option of directly contacting any our personnel.
