Steve MacInnis - Trial

Steve MacInnis testified in June on a high profile vehicle accident case in Surrey, BC. Retained by the Delta Police and Crown Counsel on a high profile case, Steve analyzed the speeds and motions of a vehicle which lost control and went into a high speed yaw. It went off-road and struck both a parked vehicle and then a little girl and her aunt who were beside a fence feeding a horse. The child died and the aunt was seriously injured. This was the 42nd trial where Steve has testified as an expert.

Tyler was certified, and Steve MacInnis & Vladimir Panlilio were re-certified, by the Collision Safety Institute. SAMAC now has 5 personnel trained and certified to properly download and analyze the data recorders found in many vehicles.
