Steve MacInnis has assisted the Alberta Solicitor General in their analysis of prisoner transportation issues. This has involved extensive research of prisoner transportation experience across North America and the consideration of numerous factors, including occupant safety, vehicle capacity, guard and prisoner safety during loading and travel, and potential rescue operations.
